okcards' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okcards account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okcards makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okcards does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okcards' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okcards collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okcards Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okcards implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okcards cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent okcards from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
okcards operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that okcards has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
okcards reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okcards will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
